Anyone can print a label. What separates one vial from another is whether somebody measured what is inside it, and whether they will show you the standard. Ours is below, and it is on every product page before you buy — not produced afterwards if you think to ask.
Nothing ships unverified
Every lot is analysed before a single vial leaves. Identity confirmed, purity measured, appearance checked against specification. A lot that misses does not ship — it does not get discounted, relabelled, or quietly sold as something else.
≥ 99% purity against a 95% standard
The industry specification for research peptides is 95%. We hold every lot to 99%. That is not a best-case figure from one good batch — it is the floor, and it is published on every product page before you buy.
Identity, not just strength
Purity tells you how much of a sample is one compound. Identity confirms it is the compound on the label. Both are run by HPLC and mass spectrometry, because a high purity figure on the wrong molecule is worse than no figure at all.
If it is not right, we replace it
If material arrives damaged, or anything about it does not match what we published, tell us and we will replace it. We would rather take the loss than have a questionable vial end up in your work.
HPLC purity analysis
Reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography separates and quantifies the components of a sample, establishing the purity of the target compound against its impurity profile.
Mass spectrometry
Molecular-weight determination confirms the identity of the compound in the vial and that its structure matches the target sequence.
Endotoxin screening
Bacterial endotoxin is measured by the USP <85> method on applicable lyophilised products, alongside heavy-metal screening by ICP-MS and a sterility check by PCR.
Two vials can carry the same label and hold different things. That is the entire risk in this category, and most of the market handles it by saying nothing — no figure, no method, no standard, and documentation that appears only if you know to ask for it.
We publish the standard on the page where you are deciding, name the method behind every line of it, and hold each lot to 99% against an industry norm of 95%. You should expect that from anyone you buy research material from. Most will not give it to you.
