How to pay

If you have never sent cryptocurrency before, it takes about five minutes the first time and under a minute afterwards. Below is the fastest route for each option we accept.

Simplest options

Zelle

A direct bank-to-bank transfer, built into most US banking apps. No crypto involved. Send the order total to the Zelle contact shown on your order page and put your order reference in the memo.

Cash App

Send the order total to the Cashtag shown on your order page from your Cash App balance or a linked bank account, and include your order reference in the note.

Cryptocurrency

Each coin is listed with the apps that actually support it. Not every app supports every coin — Cash App, for example, handles Bitcoin and USDC but not Ethereum, Solana, USDT or BNB.

Bitcoin

Bitcoin network

Usually 10–60 minutes to confirm on-chain.

Before you confirm: Send on the Bitcoin network only. Bitcoin sent on any other network cannot be recovered.

Cash App

Easiest
  1. 01Open Cash App and tap the Bitcoin tab.
  2. 02Tap Buy and enter the dollar amount of your order.
  3. 03Once purchased, tap the airplane / send icon, then Send Bitcoin.

Cash App may require identity verification before a first withdrawal. Allow a little extra time on a first purchase.

Coinbase

Straightforward

Kraken or Robinhood

For larger amounts

Both typically have lower spreads than consumer apps on larger purchases.

USDC

Ethereum network (ERC-20)

Before you confirm: Choose the Ethereum network. USDC sent on Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base will not arrive at an Ethereum address.

Cash App

Easiest

Cash App supports USDC across several networks. Ethereum is the one to pick here.

USDT (TRON)

TRON network (TRC-20)

Usually under a minute.

Before you confirm: TRON network only. USDT sent on Ethereum to a TRON address is permanently lost — the two address formats are different and there is no recovery.

Kraken

Easiest

Common questions

I've never bought crypto before. How long does this take?

About five to ten minutes the first time, most of which is identity verification on whichever app you use. After that it takes under a minute.

Do I have to buy the exact amount?

Send at least the order total. Sending slightly more is fine and we will credit the difference against the order. Sending less leaves the order unpaid until the balance arrives.

What about the network fee?

The app charges a small fee to move funds. Buy a little above your order total so the amount that arrives still covers it. Solana and TRON fees are negligible; Ethereum and Bitcoin are higher.

What if I send on the wrong network?

Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, and funds sent on the wrong network usually cannot be recovered. Check the network before confirming — it is the only step where a mistake is permanent.

How do I know you received it?

Your order page updates once the payment confirms on-chain, and you will get an email when the order moves to processing. If something looks wrong, email us with your order reference.

Is there an easier option?

Zelle is a direct bank transfer with no crypto involved. Card payments are being onboarded and will be the simplest option once live.
