Terms & Research Use Agreement

1. Research use only
All products sold by Peak Research Peptides are supplied strictly for laboratory, academic, or institutional research and development. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice.
2. Buyer eligibility
By purchasing, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, are acquiring products for legitimate research purposes, and are legally permitted to receive them in your jurisdiction. You assume all responsibility for lawful handling, storage, and disposal.
3. No claims
We make no representations that any product is safe or effective for any purpose. No health, wellness, performance, weight-loss, anti-aging, or recovery claims are made or authorized.
4. Restricted compounds
Certain compounds require an additional research-use attestation at checkout. Providing false attestation voids all warranties and may result in cancellation and reporting.
5. Wholesale & approved bulk accounts
Bulk and wholesale supply is available only to organizations approved in advance through our application process. Approved accounts may further distribute materials solely to qualified research end users and solely for lawful laboratory research and in-vitro testing; distribution for human or animal consumption, clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use is prohibited and terminates the account. Approved accounts remain responsible for the eligibility of their own recipients and for compliance in their jurisdiction. Bulk allocations are prepaid, are subject to availability at time of approval, and carry no open credit terms.
6. Payment, shipping, returns
Orders ship after payment is confirmed. Every order is protected against damage in transit: photograph the item on arrival and contact us within 48 hours and we will send a one-time replacement of the affected item. Because these are laboratory materials whose integrity depends on handling and storage conditions, dispatched product cannot otherwise be returned. 7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Research Peptides is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of its products. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
