Partner Agreement
Applies to everyone participating in the Peak Research Peptides partner program. Acceptance is recorded with your account.
1. Relationship
You act as an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner or representative of Peak Research Peptides. You have no authority to make commitments on our behalf. You are solely responsible for your own taxes and any filings required in your jurisdiction.
2. Nature of the products
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory, academic or institutional research and are not for human or animal consumption, nor for clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic use. Every statement you publish must be consistent with this position.
3. Prohibited claims
You must not, in any medium, make or imply any health, wellness, medical, weight-loss, performance, anti-aging or recovery claim; state or suggest that any product is safe or effective for use in humans or animals; describe personal use, dosing, administration, protocols, cycles or stacks; publish before/after imagery, physique or body-metric results; present testimonials of personal outcomes; or claim approval, endorsement or registration by any regulatory authority. Permitted subject matter is limited to sourcing, purity verification, batch documentation, packaging, pricing, and service.
4. Disclosure
Because you receive compensation, every post, story, video, stream or message promoting us constitutes a material connection and must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed as a paid partnership — for example #ad or “paid partnership” — placed where it is seen without scrolling, expanding or clicking. Disclosure buried in a comment, a hashtag block or a link-in-bio does not satisfy this requirement.
5. Codes and attribution
You will be issued a personal discount code. Orders that use your code are attributed to you. Codes may not be posted to coupon aggregators, deal forums, paid search on our brand terms, or any channel not disclosed in your application. Self-referral — using your own code for your own purchases — is not eligible for commission.
6. Commission and payment
Your commission rate is agreed individually and shown in your partner portal. Commission accrues on the post-discount product subtotal of attributed orders, excluding shipping and taxes, and becomes payable only after the corresponding order has been paid for and fulfilled. Commission on cancelled, refunded, unpaid or fraudulent orders is reversed. Where required, valid tax documentation must be on file before any payout is issued.
7. Conduct and compliance
You will comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards and platform policies. You will not target minors, make comparative claims you cannot substantiate, misrepresent our testing or documentation, or promote in any jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
8. Termination
Either party may end this arrangement at any time and for any reason. We may suspend or terminate immediately, and withhold unpaid commission, where we reasonably determine that a term of this agreement — in particular sections 3 and 4 — has been breached. On termination your code is deactivated and you must remove or update active promotional material.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peak Research Peptides against claims, losses, penalties and costs arising from statements you publish, your breach of this agreement, or your failure to comply with applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update this agreement. Material changes will be notified to the email on your account. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance.
